I actually didn't think of the fact that our kids don't really look at leadership in the same way.

For me, one of the biggest mentors in my life is Richard Branson, and he's been embodying this incredible leadership with so much love and so much caring.

And I was just like, oh my God, this is who I want to become.

This is what I want to learn from.

But you're right.

If you don't have that inspiration, you don't know what leadership is.

How do you learn this one thing that we definitely not taught in school?
