But I think, first of all, just the patience that you have in terms of, yes, I want everything yesterday. That's who I am, right? And it's not going to happen yesterday. It's not going to happen tomorrow either. So building that relationship takes time.

That's incredible. And I think that is really, really, really inspiring to hear your level of authenticity and just honesty, because I think it is missing in a lot of the leadership that we see today. But I also understand that it's easier to tell the stories from the scars, not from the wounds. When it's really, really, really open, it's hard. You need to sometimes let it scar a little bit.
