And I love that you said that, right? Because the clarity will also come from action, right? So when you get into that momentum. I agree with that completely.

And I think the other thing is just normalizing regret, right? Being able to look in the mirror, say it out loud. The one thing that I thought when I was listening to that, and again, it depends how you look at regret and if it's a little more raw, I think it's easier to talk about things from the scars and from the wounds, right?

So I think when something is like right now in the middle of hurting really, really bad, sometimes it's really, really hard to talk about it. So I think that was the one thing that I was like, oh, how do I help somebody when it's like bleeding right now?
