So it was a little bit faster at first.

And, you know, playing North all the time, that felt a little unusual as well, but I had to adapt a little bit.

That wasn't, like, too bad, but I still needed to manage that a little bit.

Yeah, I like it.

I usually go back to Russia for the summers, but I play on practices and I feel that American hockey is a lot faster.

I feel a little more confident.

There's more space when you're playing against Russians.

I mean...

It's one of the steps to make the NHL.

You go play juniors, play college, then you make the pro.

I felt that I was ready to do the step, so that's why.

I'm working on my speed.

I think I need to be a lot more explosive.

First couple of steps need to be faster, so I'm working on that.

And, you know, on everything by little.

You know, last couple of years I picked up martial arts.

Uh, last year when I went back home for the off season, I've been doing MMA for two months.

And this year after our season ended, I joined the boxing club.

I don't know.

I just find it's fun.
