And I wish 10 years ago I would start working on my EQ skills and IQ.

kind of really learn how to communicate with people.

It's a challenge for a lot of technical people to really start working on their interpersonal skills.

So I would say 10 years ago, if I could go back in time, I would say start doing this right now because it will help you later in life.
