So basically, okay, so you see it at the back of like food labels and stuff like that, right? Natural flavors are derived from chemicals to put flavoring in your food that is to make it more appealing and essentially more addictive. But a lot of it's like a hodgepodge of different chemicals. So natural flavors are actually toxins going into your body that can also cause cancer, right?
So natural flavors are like a no-brainer. Then you have things like added sugar. Sugar is probably, I would say, if I had to list everything down, sugar is probably at the top of the list, probably one of the most dangerous. And we take it in a little bit of dessert. We take in a little bit of that.

Our bodies don't know what to do with it. And in America, especially, we're eating such ultra processed foods like you can't escape it. Like it's almost rare to be able to find something grass fed, you know, pasture raised. farm-to-table restaurants, it's easier to get fast food, right? And so you're living in this toxic soup, and then we are not detoxing properly. We're not removing the toxins from our bodies.

And so what it's causing, it's causing more disease. So whether it's, you know, natural flavors for sure is like one thing to avoid at all costs. Anything that has added sugar in it, you need to be avoiding at all costs. Glyphosate is a weed killer. Can you imagine putting that in your body? No.

So I think it has to be both non-GMO and organic because just because it says organic does not mean it does not have glyphosate on it, right? And I think one of the things which is hard to do is like sourcing food, like products from Europe, like if you can afford it, that's a lot of people are doing, right? But then it's the other tricky part that comes in.

Some products that are made specially to travel to the US are treated differently than products you actually buy in Europe, right? So there's that piece of it. I think removing grains from your diet and eating what is an ancestral diet, which is like pretty much grain-free, is a thing that we need to do as Americans because the grains are also making us super inflamed.

And glyphosate, unfortunately, is in so many different things now. And then they're trying to pass this law to say that you can't... I mean, synthetic wheat is going to come in. So imagine having synthetic wheat in and then you can't even sue somebody if you get sick from all this glyphosate overload in your body.
