I mean, diet and the plastics. We're taking in, in a week, a credit card worth of plastic. This is actually a statistic. This is actually an article that was published. That's how much plastic, think about that. We're taking in, in a week, a credit card worth of plastic. And I think it was something else that I read, and you can look this up, it was like,
over time because of our over plastic exposure that we're having I think like it's like a 8% of our brain is developing into plastic so you have a foreign entity like a foreign thing in your body that's not meant to be there that cannot be broken down it cannot be digested it cannot be secreted out of your body right mm-hmm It's in there. It's getting in your organs. It's causing toxicity.

So your body doesn't know what to do with it. So it stores it in there. So there's also this crazy research about like men's testicles, the amount of microplastics they have in them. And it's in our clothing because the stuff is made like, let's say in China, it's full of like hot plastic, synthetic, all of this stuff. It's everywhere.

So, of course, the environmental toxins that we're putting into our body, right? paired with the crap that we're eating, of course, there's going to be decline in testosterone levels. And then on top of that, men are just not as healthy as they used to be, right? They spend all their time on screens. And so another thing is blue light.

We're not supposed to have blue light exposure to this extent because it plays with our circadian rhythm. If your circadian rhythm is affected, it breaks down your hormone production. So everything is linked. And then on top of that, if you look at the fact that, you know, kind of corporate farming, you know, industrial farming has demineralized a lot of the soil.

So it's not like all we're eating organic. There's a bigger problem here. When your soil doesn't have the right minerals in it and you are mineral deficient, your body cannot produce hormones. Minerals lead to hormone production, right? Potassium, selenium, magnesium. You need these crucial minerals that used to back in the day come from our food, come from our soil. When you are...

deplete of actual minerals your body cannot actually produce hormones because your hormones are produced from also getting these right minerals in so all in all also commercial farming has played a big role in this so yes most of us are eating organic but we're not getting the right amount of minerals from our food so we're having to supplement with all this stuff

it's what the animal's actually being fed, you know? Is it processed, is it grains, or is it actually being able to roam in a pasture and actually eat grass and consume it? And it's not just grass-fed. This is another greenwashing term. And greenwashing, basically, for anybody listening, means

way that these big food companies play around with words to be more appealing but they get away with it under the radar so this grass fed but this grass finished is the animal just given the grass for a short portion of its life or is it given that till the end and that is all that they're given which means grass finished so a few years ago we all started learning about well most of us who are kind of a little bit newer to this might have started learning about hey grass fed

Other people might have known about it longer, but now it's this whole thing about grass finished, which goes a step further. It's like, that's why it's important to know where you're buying your produce from, what is your farmer feeding it. And it goes down to eating like the way Americans used to in the 60s and in the 70s is small produce.

Knowing where your food is coming from, learning about how these farmers are treating their animals, even raw milk. Raw milk is actually where all the goodness is, right? That's where the healthy fats are. That's where the amino acids are. The pasteurization is causing the issue.
