So women have also been gaslit in medical circles for so long when they showed signs of menopause, when they said they took a pill and it wasn't working for them. It's not making them feel good. It's just like, oh, you're just being fussy. The gaslighting has now also come to the surface.

So I don't have the exact data, but I would personally say like I have a lot of young women who work for me, probably 60, 70 percent of them are just waking up to this stuff.

You can't just out supplement trauma. You can't supplement or out pray something that's chronically broken in your body. It all, we're a big ecosystem and everything has to work together. So your emotional, physical and spiritual bodies all need to be in correlation with each other.

But there's so much also good research out there. If you want to dig and look in and ask questions, you will find alternative solutions. And the problem is these insurance companies have their claws so deeply around the medical system and just feeding the doctors one sort of an agenda. You walk in and let's say you have an appointment with a doctor. Like, hey, I'm not feeling well.

I'm having issues sleeping or whatever it is. They have 10, 15 minutes to see you. They're not asking how much screen time are you getting? How much light are you getting? What's your nutrition like? Are you eating? They don't have time for that. All they have time is to write you a prescription and get you out there and wait for the next patient to come through.

Then what's happening is the healthcare that we're talking about, which is this alternative healthcare, functional, holistic, all that, that is so expensive because it's not covered by insurance. So a lot of people don't have access to it. But it should actually be the other way around. This is how healthcare used to be.

And the accessibility piece should be there for the average American, for the average consumer. So now the standard is if you have money, you can do all of this stuff. But if you don't have money, You don't have access to this stuff. And how is that fair?
