And now back to Boston Blackie.
Blackie and Mary go to a carnival for fun and become involved in a murder case that so far has meant the death of two people and assault on a third.
The dead are Lillian, the sword swallower, Bob Hendricks, her lover, and Jackson, the carnival owner, is supposedly near death from a blow in the head.
As we return to our story, Faraday is at the carnival talking to Jackson, who has just regained consciousness.
