The word trauma, as you say, has been thrown around a lot. And it's become a bit of a cultural joke to some people. When you say something happens to you, you go, oh, I feel triggered. I'm traumatized, et cetera. What actually does count as trauma?

So if you get fired from your job and it's a traumatic event for you because you get, I don't know, you lose your friends, you lose the job, your parents are embarrassed about you. Can that become trauma, something like that?
