I don't know what multiple.
I don't know what multiple they got, but I know that they're sitting pretty.
Colorado.
It's actually kind of a tougher state for this.
Red states are better than blue states when it cuts to real estate investing and especially this because it's business.
It's small business.
Yeah.
So Colorado is not the most friendly to this.
