He was who he was.

They weren't dating.

They weren't out together because Tim was not out.

He was somebody who didn't talk or reveal his interest in men, his sexuality.

They had very powerful circumstantial evidence.

They had this Google search that Tim had typed into his computer literally minutes after Jay left his apartment on his way to him.

And it was, how long does it take to strangle someone?

For 54 minutes, he was gone.

And when he came back, he unloaded the wheelbarrow and the shovel.

But they couldn't find any sign that Jay Lee had been in touch with any of those items.

They didn't have any sign of struggle.
