But we did it there, got it dismissed.
I thought that was the end of it.
And then lo and behold, the case was once again resurrected.
And I am kind of dancing on the head of a pin here because.
My New York partner, Tina, is trying it with local council.
And I was hoping, actually, that there would have been a resolution before this because the judges kind of indicated that he's issued an informal gag order.
And even though I'm not on the trial team this time around, my partner is.
So I'm trying to.
dance around that.
I will tell you that I thought it was resolved fairly last time.
I have my own theories as to what's going on right now.
But since there's an informal gag order, I'm gagging myself.
But I have a lot to say.
And after a verdict or a resolution here, I'm happy to fill you in as to what I really think is going on.
You mean with it, with the lengthy deliberation or with the fact that charges with why this was resurrected, why the case was resurrected and kind of the players involved in everything that has transpired?
I think I think, frankly, it's outrageous that he's on trial again for the very same thing that it was already resolved on.
Well, the punishment was he was the case was dismissed.
He forfeited ten thousand dollars, which was the basically the 10 percent of the bail and had performed some community service.
