Especially when there's not already a good system to... Like even now, I know that some of the European countries are becoming aware that they just really went way too far. But here they are. I mean, you think of, we just briefly touched on this, like take any, you know, a police department or some military, you know, like some canine units or whatever, where there is like very serious structure, even though probably... Everybody knows that things can be done a little different now. It's just very difficult to add a sentence in the book, the manual, you know?
