The only way he's going to be able to do that is just like he did with some teams.

It was weird who he was picking and choosing to penalize, but it's like you've got to come down with the hammer on the franchises that are blatantly sitting out everybody and really trying to throw games against each other.

He did it, again, for two franchises and the Jazz and Pacers and everybody else.

Those two teams or fans of those teams were going, what about the other teams?
