Well, you got you got you got three or four million houses short there and they let like three million people in.
So what does that tell you?
Like anybody can do basic math.
If you're short three million homes, you're the most expensive rental market, the most expensive housing market.
You're most expensive on almost everything.
You're three million homes short and then you let three million people in that don't have homes.
So now you're six million behind.
We'll take a doozy look at it.
I used to sell Corollas, by the way.
When I got out of college with an accounting degree, I sold Corollas.
