The Trump administration put out a list of some 440 federal properties it's identified as either up for sale or closure, though just hours later the list came down with fewer properties listed, and by this morning it was pulled entirely.

The vote was 5-4 with Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett, both conservatives, joining the court's three liberals in the majority. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
