The Senate has moved to block California's proposed first-in-the-nation rule banning the sale of new gas-powered vehicles by 2035. Lawmakers today passed a resolution to roll back the state's vehicle emission standards, including a rule that limits tailpipe emissions from medium- and heavy-duty vehicles.
