Dogs were lining up in San Francisco to get a shot to fight a highly contagious outbreak of parovirus, which is contagious and can be fatal in some animals. Dog vaccinations are being offered through the SPCA and animal control in the city's Tenderloin neighborhood. About 100 dogs were expected today and the SPCA says a second clinic will be added.
