During COVID, my husband's parents have a place on the other coast of Florida. And when we were in New York City wanting to kill ourselves, because it was the worst place in the world to be in during COVID.

So we went down there, fell in love with just Florida. Yeah. You know, going to tennis and walking and working out and sun in December and no seasonal depression. And then we were like, okay, we can't live in a literal retirement community.
