sitting if it's sitting with yourself if it's sitting with a guided meditation because it really just starts to help you connect to the breath connect to your body connect to quieting the mind and i would say people that start with meditation then they feel comfortable going to energy healing and once you get an energy healing that's like game over

Yeah. Insight timer is a great app for people to download. And there's tons of teachers on there that can do, 10 Minute Meditations. When I started years ago, I would go on YouTube and I don't know if she's still creating it, but it was Meditations by Rasa. And I just loved her and she has all sorts of meditations, all different times.

Yeah, the amazing thing about energy sessions is as the client, you can share as much as you want or as little as you want. So it's not like going to a therapist where you have to talk about everything and open up. If you're not comfortable with that, you don't have to tell me anything and you can keep it all to yourself. But most of the time, people will have a big emotional release.
