it's like times in the past when you're going through tough times, creativity will come through and tough times kind of breed extra creativity.
And you showcase that creativity, uh, from a lot of your colleagues in the system and how things can, and I hope will be getting better.

You talk a lot about maximizing the efficiency of the healthcare system of emergency rooms.
You do a good job of maximizing your time.
