It's just they're doing what they believe is best.

What do you think of Eni and Manife and Ebu?

How do these characters make you feel?

Because your readers feel all sorts of ways about your characters.

They might be really annoyed or find them funny or sassy.

But what about the author?

I'm always curious about that.

If a character you've created is really annoying, do they annoy you or do you like how annoying they are?

I've always been curious about that.

But the three women, Abu and Monifay and Enni, they're all very distinct in their personalities, despite their connection through the curse and parental connection, obviously.

A familial connection, obviously.

I think my favorite was Monifay.

Because...

She had a sense of humor that always cracked me up, and especially in her internal dialogue.

And one of my favorite lines, I laughed so hard when I read this.

It was, she hung on to every word Golden Boy was saying.

It was clear she thought the sun rose from and set into his ass.

which i thought was pretty telling and there's a lot of lines like that like this is a funny book for for the listeners that are coming into this um i mentioned literary fiction multiple times but it's also just super entertaining really funny and clever and a big part of what makes this book entertaining um to me was uh the narration the audiobook is fantastic have you heard it
