But it's more a 10 or 15 minute patch now in games, which clearly we're not getting done well all across the ground.
So, you know, it starts with our leaders in CB.
That's where the game starts and then
we're getting beat pretty convincingly in there.
Um, and then behind the ball, we're losing contests, um, or pretty important contests, whether it's a, a one-on-one or a, you know, um, a two V two where we're just, um, not getting it done, whether it's air or ground and teams are scoring really quickly on us.
And, um, momentum, momentum shifts in games quickly, but, um, you know, you can't have five, six goals kicked on you in, in 10 minutes.
You gotta try and keep that down to two or three and,
Probably the other factor is just the defensive intent and attitude.
I think it's fair to say that it hasn't been at the level for that 10 or 15-minute patch.
And then in games like Fremantle, we bring it back in the last 10 minutes.
So it's been quite frustrating.
And, yeah, hopefully we can try to rectify it on Friday night.
I won't put percentages on it, but there's certainly a factor of both because I don't know the exact stat, Gerard, but you could probably tell me five or six games where up at halftime it might even be seven.
teams are going to go in with some changes.
So they're going to throw different things at us at different parts of the ground with different matchups, players in different places.
And our adjustments probably haven't been quick enough to start those second halves, say.
And so there's the mechanical side of things.
The system side of things is, yes, there's stoppages and centre bounce and structures behind the ball.
And then there's the mental element of, yeah, if they kick one, two, three very quickly, then of course there's an element of, you know, oh boy, this might be happening again.
But that's where leaders have to step in.
