And so they paused the initial assessment.
So we didn't know when it would continue until about a week ago.
So we kind of had to stop and pay the assessment for the new AC unit, and then now we have to pay the assessment for the exterior work and the new roof.
Yeah, some people are trying to sell and get out of the building.
Some people are okay with it because they know it's going to raise their property value.
We have about four grand in the bank.
And my wife is also 40 weeks pregnant.
