Strangest deviation of any band I can think of is Bad Religion's second studio album, Into the Unknown.
It truly was.
It was prog rock and organs.
Really?
The album kicks off with a synth swell that sounds like it came out of an AT&T commercial.
It's so strange.
So glad they abandoned that direction.
I don't know this album.
