tone no it's not it's definitely or you can expand a little bit more basically yeah it's I so I basically the way I've been making the show is that I just have a running notes app for every week and then I sit down on Wednesday and go through the notes app of like what's happened to me that week and the thoughts I've had and I just kind of like structure it like I'll talk about this first this first this first and then I and like if people have commented or emailed in like I'll figure out the order and then I just kind of like talk about the things I want to talk about so it's no it's very funny it's it's definitely comedic but it's more able just to go long
