Obviously, you have a second baseman who's been there for a while in Jeff McNeil.

Where do you view McNeil fitting into your roster at this point in time now with Semien on board?

uh yesterday um he understands where we're headed um i think he wants to be a part of this and he understands his positional versatility is a real asset for us and then you mentioned at one point that you know running it back from last year was not the right thing to do at what point during that that slide over the final couple months of the season did you as a front office come to that that conclusion that you would need to do maybe more changes than you had initially thought and and is this enough of a change in your mind or is there more to come

Uh, I'm, I'm interested at what point during your playing career, whether it was a Georgetown or, you know, in summer ball or pro ball where you were like, I could be a coach.

Like I could see myself, you know, doing this for a life.

And then last year was your first year in a big league dugout and you would correct me if I'm wrong, obviously, but you had spent kind of the first four years before that was since he more on a, in a roving role at the minor league level.

How was the experience of trying to win every day different than what you had done previous to that?
