He's worked with Pat Shermer, could come be the OC here.

Stefanski, actually, I think, and I went down the, I wish I had this all in front of me, all the rabbit hole, the different coaches he's worked with.

I think there's more there to put together a better staff with Kevin Stefanski, which would make me feel like he's less of a bus factor.
