And it's going on again.
And I can try to get into Sean's head because he's certainly the guy speaking about this right now.
I don't understand how a guy who's been at two stops โ
won a championship, won 12 games in back-to-back years with the Cowboys, something they had not accomplished in a very long time prior to Mike coming in.
I don't understand why he is talked about like he's this blah head coach.
He's had success, and he's not perfect.
We all remember the specific playoff moments that we all sat back and questioned, but ultimately the proof is in the pudding.
He's won games, and I don't fully understand the disrespect you and others have had towards him.

The Super Bowl's a long time ago.
I think this coaching search for the Giants is about threading a needle.
It's very hard to thread that.
Kevin Stefanski feels like, oh my God, you could thread it.
Which is, I want a little bit of a younger guy with upside.
Stefanski much younger than Mike McCarthy.
But I also want a guy that I think, untapped, can eventually not just get this team to be a perennial playoff team, but I can envision holding a Lombardi trophy next to Jackson Dart one day.
I think Mike McCarthy, although he won 15 years ago, is the kind of coach, like Tom Thibodeau, where he will get you to a certain point and in three years you're making another decision to hire another head coach.
I don't want to make another decision in three years.
