That's unacceptable.
It's not enough time for people to get their say.
It was such a small window of time.
And how do people even find out about this so-called 48 hours?
Well, this is the thing.
You don't.
Unless you're involved in the system, you don't know where to look.
So they put out a call for submissions, people that can then put their submissions on.
But you've got to remember, even with the groups that did write submissions and get them on, it's a very small amount of time for, let's say it's a big company or let's say it's a union or any group of people that represents the interests of that group.
It's hard in 48 hours to really look at it, understand how that's going to affect everyone in your group, then write really good submissions that are clear.
Craft something.
Craft something and submit it.
It's just next to impossible.
