If you read the Canterbury Tales, you think, this guy was a moron.
Actually, a hideous moron.
He was probably like, well, actually, for me, he was a beautiful genius.
And, you know, all of these words have changed their pronunciations.
So, you know, sheep, what we would call a sheep, they would call a shape.
Well, probably regionally it's a bit different.
You know, your wife was once your weath.
This is the whole problem.
But poetry, poetry is massive for it, isn't it?
I mean, there are loads of theories on that.
It could be the thing you can say in any history essay, the growing middle class.
You can say that at any point in the last 2,000 years, because actually there was a burdening middle class at the time, and this changed how things were said, you know, possible.
