And I'm assuming too, because of the natural way that higher ed works is you have your high times of being busy probably during breaks and in the summer, and you have some slower times where you can do more of the things that you're describing as well.

I'm guessing that being able to lean into that is probably also very valuable.

James, this is right up your alley.

I know that you and I often talk about different ways to be able to manage more effectively, get more out of your day, be able to leverage your time.

What are some of your thoughts?

That's really great insight and great, great lessons learned.

And I think it comes down to being able to understand the environment that you're in, the opportunities that you have, and the best way to work through it.

to lean into the situation that you have and leverage it as best as possible.
