If they were close in offense, I'd appreciate it.
But I mean, the offense is, every stat is like leaps and bounds.
Dingler's an issue on offense.
That's not the right word.
Okay, versus lefties, he's a 674.
And then I looked at something, which is,
versus power, finesse, and the average.
So baseball reference categories, pitchers.
If you're in the top third of the league in strikeouts and walks, you're a power pitcher.
If you're in the bottom third in strikeouts and walks, you're a finesse pitcher.
Obviously, there's multiple ways to do it.
And then if you're in the middle, you're the middle.
But I just looked at guys' variance.
So if you're saying, come postseason, or can this guy hit anybody?
And Dingler...
His variance is the highest out of all the people I've looked at so far.
So like if he gets a power pitcher, he can hit a fastball.
If he gets a dude who relies on anything else, he's not really an option.
So that's the biggest thing.
I mean, if you get a lefty, you're pinch hitting for him.
