So they arrest him on a violation there.

They said when they were pulling him in, they had no thought of him as a suspect in the kidnappings and murders, which is a crock of shit.

They just say that because that way they don't have to read him his rights for a while and they can get some preliminary shit out of the way before they read him his rights.

But they absolutely thought of him as a suspect.

He was taken into custody before noon.

Tells police.

So this neighbor is nosy and looks out the window.

Then at 2.30 p.m., Donald Seaton, who works in the Phoenix Village Mall parking lot.
