We really appreciate it.
That is Yannick Hanson joining us here.
And as always, brought to you on Sportsnet 650 by the Magnuson family's Metro Ford in beautiful Port Coquitlam.
It's Canada's largest volume medium truck dealership.
Metro Ford, where the lower mainland buys their Fords.
And lots of interesting commentary there on that.
the Canucks and just generally looking back a little bit from Yannick as well and of course you hear the raves from Manny Malhotra and I love that line right like holding your teammates accountable without being a dick about it without like there's and there's a line there's a needle thread absolutely you're really good at that thank you I'm not and we've seen we've seen I mean Dom might disagree no Dom agreed implicitly he was like
I mean, I think it's fair to say we've seen that line get crossed, and we've probably seen teammates not hold each other accountable enough in Vancouver as well, and we've seen them go too far, right?
And it is a delicate balance, and obviously it's going to be different when you're a head coach than when you're a player on a team.
There's different ways you go about it, but...
Just finding that baseline of accountability while still creating a positive, fun environment like that.
It's difficult to do, but that's going to be so crucial for the next head coach of the Canucks or even whoever's the head coach.
I'll leave it open if it could be foot like whoever's the head coach of the team next year.
That's kind of job number one.
I'm trying not to preemptively fire him.
Like I, I would say it's not fun and no one's learning.
As mentioned, Chris Pronger is going to join us in the next segment in about 15 minutes time.
So we'll have a few minutes on the other side to chat.
