I guess one thing that they may be thinking about behind the scenes is that if there is a concern that these critical minerals may be used in defence technologies, would it be good to announce that while the focus of many people is on the ongoing conflict in Iran?

They won't want to be seen as providing, I guess, a source or a fuel of critical minerals to the defense industry of the U.S.
