So many things I took from this episode.

I mean, my main point is, is the whole conversation around social media.

Look, I'm a huge consumer of social media.

We know that we probably see my stuff online the whole time, right?

But the more and more I spend online, the more and more I realize how bad it actually is for us.

And now just becoming a dad, I really worry about that for my younger baby.

right?

Growing up with social media, we don't really know what it does, where it's going.

We don't see the harmful effects it's had because it's kind of a new thing.
