That's the interesting part about this.
I think the Leafs are looking for a couple people, a president who can run everything and then a manager who would.
And then a manager has to have a tree underneath them as far as, you know, no pun intended.
I mean, you know, people underneath him that you trust and not just by volume.

You can acquire young talent, but you have to be methodical about it.
And, again, the new manager has to come in and figure out how to do that in either trading a big piece away where you can get picks and prospects, or you're going to have to kind of, you know,
nibble around the edges and grab guys.
