You've got four lines rolling, all six of your deer chipping in.
Is it just something where you feel like everybody's kind of pulling on the rope and everybody's kind of on the same page, and that's why you're able to have this success?
So, Rod, you talk about your leadership group.
Are there times where you feel like your intensity, either behind the bench or from the coach's office, there will be times either you want to go in and give them a jolt or you just allow your leadership core to take over and manage the room?
Are there certain things that you have to balance and say, hey, my leaders can do that or I need to go and give the fire poker to somebody?
But look at the guy.
He comes on our show with a cap.

I think he's a great coach, but he's a motivator, and he doesn't do anything or ask anybody to do something that he wouldn't do.
I know.
Why I wanted to point that out is we talk about all the noise anywhere.
Pick an organization.
A lot of times the coach sets the culture or your leadership group sets the culture in the room.
You hear stories of how Charo was exactly like that.
Charo goes, this is how we do things in Boston.
Rod Brendamore, guaranteed.
Now, I know there's Tulsky above him, Tyler Dello, smart people around him, all of that.
But Rod Brendamore goes, this is how we're going to do it in my dressing room.
To me, these are things that are very important to an organization.
