Again, the one thing I've heard in talking to managers and that is a lot of teams have more money now because the cap going up, so you're not going to see offer sheets.

They might not go.

But what I'm saying is if you get offer sheeted, a lot of teams might match it just based on they do have that money.

But you could jam up a team.

You start looking at teams that either have young players pushing through, and you've got a guy in an RFA that's sitting there, and you're like, ah, we might part with him anyways.

You can offer sheet that guy.

Now, the player has to sign it, too.

That's the one thing.

That's a big part of it.

The player has to go, I'm ready to move on to organization X because I'm getting paid quadruple what I'm getting paid here.
