He can do something that you don't expect, make something happen out of nothing.
And that's what they need right now.

There's no pace really in the team.
Although there's quick players in the team, they don't look like they're going to do anything.
They don't want to take responsibility.
Listen, Alex Ferguson was the master at it.
I remember the amount of times you'd be 1-0 up here or you'd watch a game where they were losing.
He would throw another striker on.
Like, he took 78 minutes, I think, or 75, I can't remember, when he bought on Mason Greenwood.
And I was thinking, we've got to get him on the pitch.
Because he'll do something, you know, he's young, he's fearless.
