And what he's really shown, what he has to now tell everybody and show everybody that he's not just a set-piece coach, because that's what he looks like right now.
Unless they get a corner, a free kick, you don't feel Tottenham are going to score a goal.
Good managers, they know how to open teams up from open play.
Thomas Frank is not showing he's got that capability right now.
And that's what Tottenham fans demand.
They want to see it.
So for that reason, he's under the pressure that Tim says.
And that's what he's got to turn around very, very quickly.
