That's usually the route that they go because then they actually have a full grasp of the concept of AV programming.

Yeah, so a lot of times, listen, one of the best ways to learn is through failure.

I'm a strong believer that it's okay to fail.

Like there's a certain point where, yeah, you failed a little too much, but let's learn from this.

We've had students in the past, like, in all honesty, we were mounting a TV up a little too high and then all of a sudden they caught it by the edge and they crack it and it shatters.

And it's like, oh, it's an $1,800 TV.

You can't react negatively to a student learning.

You know, if they have installed five TVs and this is the one broken one, it is usually an accident.

Now, if it's they installed five TVs and they break 10, a little different of an aspect to look at it with.

a lot of the training side of it as well is they start from small and then go larger.

So we start with, you know, hey, here's how to set up a computer.

Here's how to set up a monitor.

Here's what this cable is, this cable, this cable.

And then we start going into, okay, this is how you use a hand tool, how to use a drill.

and then go into installing TVs.

And then once they get comfortable doing that side of the house, then we start looking at, hey, in this space, what would you do?

And we ask the question a lot of the time with the students of, hey, in this classroom, what does it need?

And a lot of times it's stuff that I didn't think about.

Like, for example, we had one of the students.

I'm like, hey, Michael, what do you think this room needs?
