And then again, just such a big pivot between act two and act three. But I could also see the Watchmen, the Alan Moore comic, The Watchmen. That was once considered to be completely unfilmable.

I really liked the Zack Snyder version of that movie, but they made some changes to make it filmable, which purists were really against. But they made a really good story out of it. I could definitely see an adaptation of this story being made to be movie friendly, and I would be stoked to see it.
