And then now you want to just hand over all these things to people that...
don't deserve it because they came here illegally?
it's why not what are we doing yeah and never got a clean answer never got a clear answer what do you think that's tough because i feel like in south carolina where i grew up there's a lot of development like it's a newer area um and like i do see hispanic people doing that but i also say that like when you're you know black people obviously like none of us are focused on trade skills like everyone like kind of pushes the whole you have to go to school go to college and like
which I also think is not for everybody and sometimes it's a setup and a trap.
But I think that we don't see as many because California is just so different.
Honestly, there's probably not as many black people in California as there is on the East Coast anyway.
And so I feel like that's why over here you see more of that.
But if you're in Chicago or if you're in New York or something like that, then you do see probably more black people doing trade work.
I also think that a lot of us have kind of like gone past that.
And I think that like for some black people, they don't want to do that.
Exactly.
Like they don't want to do that.
So I think that we're more so focused on office jobs and we're elevating as a community.
Yeah.
Well, I also think the...
cost of living out here is crazy.
So I think that's probably kind of pushed a lot of people.
But I think it has a lot to do with that feeling, doing the construction work, probably, like, for some people, it resonates with, like,
Going back to a different time.
Yes, not wanting to do that.
