The DOJ under Biden actually opened up an investigation into this, and it was very quickly closed.

The First Amendment only matters to the left if it's what their people are saying that they want them to say all the time.

If I were one of my friends that, you know, have experienced thankfully rare but real racist incidents in their lives, I would be so offended at like those stories not being able to be heard or those stories now being downplayed because of the stupidity and radicalism of leftist groups.
