I can't wait to cross paths with you.

I'm going to pester you about my golf tournament, if not this year, next year.

But we raise money for marginalized young men who are addicted.

And I've been doing it for, this is my 11th year this year.

But, um, further from the country is your most recent album.

It is fantastic.

Uh, I believe, and please correct me if I'm wrong, you have five albums out now, William, which is, I'm sure that blows your mind.

You're like, Jesus, I feel like I just was doing the first one.

Like, it's crazy, but I wish you such continued success and the million, two million, three million people that you are leaving a legacy behind you that I think is much bigger than it feels in your body right now.

You know, the foothold, like I've been doing this for 40 years.

I cannot fathom where you will be in 30 years.

I think it will be a beautiful tapestry of things that heal people.

And you should be incredibly proud of not only the music that you're leaving behind, but the footprint in your humanity, your character, your ethics, your true north.

Your ability to inspire people.

Honest to God, I will listen to this podcast and really listen again to what you've said.

And in the way you've said it to me, it made me feel like crying at 10 different points.
