So you can say that the Vegas players, they don't last as long in Vegas.
That doesn't necessarily mean they don't go elsewhere and play and produce because there's still good players that get cast off and sent elsewhere.
It's just if it doesn't work, they don't have the same β
same leash as other teams where we keep trying and we keep trying to find a way.
No, we'll just turn the page and then give this room over to somebody else.
I would almost expect that.
I don't know why more don't do it.
Maybe it's, again...
A different situation.
Vegas came into the league with so many assets that they were able to move for players that were upgrades.
And again, in Vancouver, if we take them for instance, if you could have grabbed the Jack Eichel, you would have done it.
If you could have grabbed the Mark Stone, you would have done it.
But you didn't have the assets to do it.

And you happen to have the things, the pieces that,
in order to make it work.
So it'll be interesting to see if they can continue or how long they can continue that because the cupboard keep getting slimmer and slimmer there because they are using so much to bring in these key players.
So it's one of those things that you wish
that the other team would emulate it a little bit in terms of okay you're not performing um let's see what we can do here instead of sticking sticking with something that doesn't work um it's one of the things that we've been talking about for for multiple years now where you're you're treading around in this no man's land we're good but we're not great we can kind of get in we can't get in and then you get a middle attack draft pick up until this year and you're not really moving off from any players that are causing this
