Kind of when you're in your NHL and you're bringing up a player, it's hard because, like,

When they get brought up, they get brought up with their best.

But it's almost more important to know where you're at at their worst.

Because that's where... If we can live with that, then great when they're good.

Because that's when we're really winning.

But can we survive when they aren't playing well?

When things aren't going well for them?

And when you have them every day, practice games on the bus and stuff like that, you get a much different...

and how they work.

And there are a lot of these younger players that have come through Abbotsford that have had Manny for a long time.

And yeah, some of them have graduated, but there's probably still a couple kicking around that's looking to get a sniff here within the next couple of years.

So it only helps that you've got a better understanding of where they stand.

A lot of times contract dictates that.

I like the way it was back when we were playing because it wasn't necessarily just like, right now it seems like if there's an injury, this is the guy who's coming up.

And it doesn't matter who gets injured in the big club, it's this guy.

And he knows it.

He's just waiting for his next turn.

It doesn't really matter how he performs.

He's probably the next guy where when we played...
